First off, those houses which have no takers go to Nestaway. All the houses have problems. Nestaway will cordially promise to fix everything before you move in. Of course you have to pay the full deposit and rent. Once you take possession, they will never ever fix or resolve anything. Moreover you’ll find that you have to pay the previous tenants bills and arrears. In all likelihood, and going by the reviews, they would have extracted the money from the previous tenant and more; yet, they will make you pay the arrears and old bills. And you will pay rather than risk your electricity connection being cut.
I hope people read the reviews and shun them. Such unethical businesses should not exist in today’s India.
