Am a house owner. Complaint about vacant bed has beed raised multiple times. Only promises and no resolutions. Service manager Meghnad mentioned he is looking into it 5 months back. He has stopped answering his calls. Have escalated the matter on the app. No feedback or update.
Is there anyone there who takes responsibility there?
Is this how the ownwers planned to run the service when they started? Do they even looking into the day to day problems?
Or just how to expand without taking care of existing clients...
