Almost all the antivirus softwares provide their trial packs without any key. But when I was installing NPAV trial pack it asked for registration key. Then I called their technical support. Even they people didn’t know the key. They gave me one contact number to ask for key. Then I called that number and got registration key.
I didn’t understand why the registration key is needed to install the trial pack even though it’s free. And why the tech support guys are not telling the Key?
