I am partner with net4 since last couple of years. These idiots have been fooling around with me in number of ways.
One: you will always get a message that your payment thru credit card has not been reaised..and you repeat the transaction trusting them..but only see that instead of 5K your 15K has been debited from account.
Two: you are kept on hold for minutes together, there is no record of voice calls maintained with net4. everytime you call, you start afresh.
Third: Low cost of hosting means number of calls made to tech support, and you pay more telephone bills than hosting cost:
Fourth: you orders for domain and hosting, never get realised unless you generate three or four Trouble tickets, which net4 generally doesnt respond to.
Fifth: Our service is 24X7, but sundays we dont work....funniest responce of employee at Net4.
Sixth: Net4 is "The ultimate test of your patience".

In addition to what I have said above:
Their control panel also has worst interface I have seen. You dont see any proper records (payments) of orders that you have made.
Next, I have stopped paying 5k for renewal, instead I unbind the customer from my list and pay for its renewal as any non partner would do. beleive me the cost for both the same is same. Hopeless people. So why pay 5k in advance, when you can also renew domain name without having partner account?
Next, the visuals on net4 sights are totally orrelevant and immature. I dont see any use of putting Kids photographs on all pages and elating them to some or other service.
I also agree to others those who have said, that you are kept on hold for long time for every call you make.
I strongly suggest, do not go with this company.
