The Net4India Dialup Access Internet Service is one of the worst I have ever had the displeasure to use. Their Customer support System is even worse. I recently received a 100 hour package with Business Today Magazine & it was a nightmare. Connection is a big problem. If you are lucke enough to get connected, nothing works. Emailed their head office. Called them. No reply. Disgraceful ! The helpdesk is non existence. I think they should shut down thier service as quickly as possible.
I don’t recommend this ISP to any members. I feel VSNL is the best service provider in India.
