My domain is going to expire end of this
month.
I have been emailing them since more than a month now and have got no response
from them.
It’s only a few weeks ago that I got a reply from their support team for a
query I had.
The emails sent to the sales team just bounce
back.
I had to open a ticket with them which they
took about two weeks to reply to.
Is there anyway I can complain or take this up with ICANN or a consumer forum?
Any idea if I can transfer my domain at such short notice to some other
provider?
If not I will have to extend the term with
them for another one year which I don’t want to do. Not only is the service
expensive but also not worth the hassle in dealing with them,
Suggestions for any other service provider
is very much welcome.
