Their control panel is pathetic and very difficult to use. There are many restrictions on what you can do with your domain and hosting. I wanted to install open cart on my site which is a shopping cart open source website code but it just seems impossible.
They don’t even refund your money like some other good sites which assure good user experience. customer care seems to be busier than us and is rude and doesn’t know shit!!
Online ftp client is also slow as a snail and is unable to unzip and do some other stuff...although there is an option to do so.
