I have one of my domain purchased with net4india 2 years back. Now, I have tried to transfer domain from net4india 2 other domain registrar. but due to poor service I am still unable to transfer my domain. Here I would like to discuss why I want to tranfer my domain so that others can get benifit from my experiance.
1) Higher price then other compititor in the list.
2) Less control over domain.
3) False domain status check.
4) They set their own status on domain. You have to invest lot on energy in communication with customer care to change your domain status. It simply mean you can not change status of your domain.
5) You don’t have to view or change domain auth code required to transfer code.
I have intiate domain transfer request with other registrar two time and both time transfer process failed either wrong aurh code or domain status is locked by registrar.
I have communicated with help desk regrading this. they told me that domain is unlock and provide me auth code two times. both time they provide differerent code. I dont know which one is correct or may be both are wrong . GOD know well. The who is record say domain status Ok. what does it means. Unlocked or Locked or Active. This status is set by net4domain and they know the meaning of status. There is no authorised status with this title in domain history.
Another thing, when I tried to re-open request and this is funny that text box was limited to 150 character. This was totallly disgusting. How can I describe my problem in 150 character.
Now, if my problem will not solve in few days then I have only option to retain domain with net4domain otherwise I will lost my domain.
