This Net4.in people charge premium for the services and we think that they must be having the better tech-support team. But let me tell you I purchase 2 domains and webspace of 2GB on 19th march and couldn’t get my single problem solved.
I had do shift the domain immediately to the other service provider. As they claim that they have the server in India, then also their performance is much worse than the other cheaper service provider. The customer support people there are only to hear the calls not to support. They neither bother to solve the problems nor transfer to the tech-support person.
Their website net4.in has some different (Worse) control panel with no user friendly support and the knowledge page or the help pages of some other version. So its pathetic and headache. They don’t have and management details and no other email ids to contact if you have other issues.
I think either they wan’t to wind up the operations or they don’t have enough people to support. I am stunned to see the reviews and the client list on their website net4.in which I think need to be cross checked.
If anybody from Net4 feels that they should exist in the market with the good name...They should take care of it or this will be rapid downfall of the company.
