They are not responding to emails and support tickets. Our corporate website is down since 25 March 2020 and emails not working since 12 June 2020.
Hello Net4india, why we should suffer because of your pathetic services even after prepaying?
Pathetic services and poor customer support.
We renewed our services in March only but services not renewed from your side because of it our business is impacting.
We have been chasing Net4india for getting resolved our issue since March 2020, we only have gotten long mail trail with no solution.
I am writing on this platform because no option is left. Emails, telephone and chat all tried but we did not get a single reply from Net4india
