ONCE THE REVIEW WAS POSTED, IT CAME TO NET4INDIA’S NOTICE. THEY JUMPED IN TO ACTION. THEY GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME AND GOT MY PROBLEMS SOLVED. MY PROBLEM WAS SOLVED IN AN HOUR OR SO.

Last year I transferred my domain to net4domains. This while renewing I also purchased hosting package from them. On 14th onwards I am trying to change the NS record. I called up customer care and took the help from them to do. I did all as per their guidence. They said it will take only 3 to 6 hours to get the changes done. To my surprise when I checked on 18 it was not done. On 18th I call and ask them to help again. Three persons helped me but all giving wrong informaion. I have two executives name with me too. One even got the NS Record entered for me but to my surprise the wrong one.
When we ask them they give some excuse and escape. I am really fed up with these guys. Today on 19th I called them to get the things done.I think it is of no use. Better find a better service provider. Why to waste time and money .)
