.but nowadays you cannot even send a message to their Support anymore. "Oops! An Error occurred", or something similar will be the response after filling in all the required fields and typing the entire story.
I’ve used their email services since it was free in the 90’s. Later I paid for it for years because my usa.net address was on all my documents. It’s really a shame when a good service goes bad! It’s usually the management that screws it up.
