NetFire.co.in - Broadband Review - Fraud - Scam

Hi All,


Please don’t believe the so called Fiber Internet provider "NetFire".


I have very long story since 2014 with them, where they cheated most of the peoples money and went bankrupt. They even tried to loot money from me. Unfortunately I wanted to visited their office to make payment, they denied and stop responding my calls. And I have left the review for the same in many other forums.


Again, they have relaunched the business with same name and same stupid domain, they don’t even know how worst their brand name is, I am sure that "Arun" so called CTO is stupid enough to suggest the same business name in same location, with awkward office and 10th dropped candidate as a technical support person who don’t even know about router nor switches.


Arun, he is one of the owner - he was an dropped engineering candidate, whose intention is to loot money from customer in the name of Fibre Internet provider. He targets the remote area where there are no competition at all and so customer will come for his service.


Areas - Urapakkam, Guduvanchery, Kandigai, Melekottaiyur


So as I belong to one of the above area, I went them in order give a try, and the response was insane. They gave me new connection after 3 months only after continuous follow up with support.


They charged 2200rs initial and gave the connection and then, wow, out of 28 days of service, 11 days they are down. And after lots of fight they gave me 7 days extension. Literally i have spent 1000rs in phone call itself and wasted more than 10hours on calls for telling them issue and for getting the compensation.


And here comes the second month, in those 28 days, they are already 4 to 7 days down. I asked for compensation and they told the below things.


Siddharth - Hi Arun


Arun(CTO) - Hi


Siddharth - Your internet is getting down often


Arun(CTO) - So what ? don’t you have some alternative as backup ?


Siddharth - Hey, I am paying 1500rs for 28 days


Arun(CTO) - So what ? I pay 1 crore for Aircel for getting bandwidth. They are getting down for 25% and they asking us to get alternative too.


Siddharth - Hey, thats none of my concern, address my issue


Arun(CTO) - No, I can’t help you. If you want, you need to call support and raise the ticket


Siddharth - Ok, I will do, What will you do if internet service goes down again ? Will you compensate me ?


Arun(CTO) - If it is more than 1 day we will compensate, else we cant. Its your issue you need to have some backup. And you are remote area dont ask these things silly. Go with some other provider if you area have one.


Siddharth - Are you playing an monopoly game ? As a customer you have to answer my query and also needs to solve the issue and compensate me for the downtime for the money I am paying.


Arun(CTO) - No we cannot. If you want close the account and stop being our customer.

I have wasted 3 to 4 hours a day with them and they dont even know how to respect the customer. Listen to the audio or call me I will suggest the best workaround for internet connectivity in your area.


Now Short Review


Service - 1/10 - I got internet in the name called Fibre


Speed - 5/10 - They have 30% of the guaranteed speed, example if they advertise 60 you get 20mbps and 1mbps upload


Staff- 0/10 - Just call any of the person from their team or ask questions to the technical team, they will bluff. All they know is few steps as per document. I used to educate them when ever they visit my home for issue.


Uptime - Arun(CTO) tolds that it is only possible to provide internet for 75% out of 100%, which means if you have paid for 28 days you will get internet for 21 days and 7 days of down time. So better have alternative Airtel as backup.


For Proof of Review - I have the below stuffs


1) Phone bills showing how many hours I have spent with their support


2) Paid bills


3) Speed Test ( Download and Upload )


4) Audio recording of the dispute


5) Snaps of their office ( its not an office, it is petti shop )


So if you think you need a working internet, go with Aircel, Airtel, Jio or any other provide . Not netfire.co.in .
