I bought a Netgear Wifi Extender EX6120 on April 24 for Rs.2349.
The order was fulfilled by Appario Retail P Ltd on April 2, 2024.
The product supplied was manufactured in January 2022(more than 2 years old).
Despite claiming to cover 1200 sq feet and connect 20 devices, the extender barely works on a single band with a speed of 13mbps against claim of 1200 mbps
I wasted hours contacting their US service center without any resolution.
Why doesnt https://m.mouthshut.com/PMO rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@PMO make it mandatory for online platforms to disclose the "Manufacturing date" and "Country of Origin"?
Online companies like https://m.mouthshut.com/Amazon rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@Amazon have been deceiving innocent customers. There should be stringent laws to hold them accountable.
