I have used Netkracker about 3 times. First when it was introduced and the last time was as
late as last month. It has never improved over the period of time.
Im not sure how it enjoys such a good rating in many of the ISP comparisons.
The speeds are very slow. Many times it doesnt connect properly. I used to get invalid userid
or password message very frequently. If you keep on trying it will connect once.
Every time I go in search of a new ISP, I used to see the ad and see if thy have turned a new
leaf and I end up buying a 20-hour pack. The result is the same.
The customer care people call you up when the hours left are about to be exhausted. If you complain
to them and give them the feedback, they just listen to it and thats it. Not sure if the feedback is
recorded and any action taken on it.
My idea is, as customers we got to give them a run for their money. If it is not good avoid it. Let
them realize where they stand and that they have to do their bit for the money they take.
