Late Delivery

Hi Friends, I am karthika. I wanted to share my personal opinion about Netmeds.

I have ordered blood pressure tablets for my father 10 days back which I needed urgently.

This shop offered me 25% discount and hence I booked medicines by updating prescription.

They said that the medicine will be delivered in 24 hours. Immediately I received the call from Netmeds.com to conform all the medicines.

After sometimes I got a message to make the payment for the medicines. I made a payment through net banking. I waited for a long time but I didn’t receive it.

I called up the customer service they replied me that it will come shortly. I told them it is very urgent.

customer service said I need to wait.

Finally I received it after 74 hours. This is unacceptable because if we need a life saving drug and if we don’t receive it as per the time?

Don’t prefer online booking for medicine in emergency situation.
