Very bad service

I ordered Albumin Care for a critically ill patient whose delivery time was showing 3-5 days. I ordered the product which was showing in stock(still showing in stock, check photo for proof) and after 4 days I get a confirmation from there side that the product is out of stock


Don’t know if they were sleeping for 3 days.The medicine was for a critically ill patient, I do not recommend to buy medicine for critically ill patient as the customer care service lady also told that once we get an order then we confirm from manufacturer if its available or not.And they take 3 days just to confirm that!Any body can reach me on my email in picture.
