App is useless, Unable to make apply coupons, redeem NMS cash and make payment via Phonepe
Even from other wallets, payment failed once.
Next comes customer support, 4-5 tickets would have been raised so far but no one care to respond back.
Also, My second last order was in processing state for 2 days, Then I cancelled.
Later, I placed same order again and almost day is over, It’ still in processing state.
I just want to redeem cash that’s accumulated and then I am never going to use it ever.
