They cancelled order after taking one week to. Review prescription then had the audacity to lie that they asked for a correct prescription which was sent twice already. Not just that, I sent an email to their escalation team informing them about the whole episode and they shamelessly sent anapologetic response without even promising an enquiry, then closed the ticket. They even remove medicines from orders to save on shipping costs and dont even bother to inform the customer. They just quietly refund the money without informing so its on you to find what you ordered, what you didnt get, whether you got the refund or not. Same thing happened to me when they removed few otc syrups from my order and I couldnt find them on delivery. I had to contact them to learn about their "out of stock" status and the sneakily refunded amount. I found medplusmarts service much more user friendly. At least they dont cheat customers.
