Poor Service - Pathetic Behavior
I ordered medicine with uploaded prescription for 3 months, still had validity. I got call from them to reconfirm, I got confirmation on 25th Sept, they suppose to send medicines within 2 to 3 days.
But as no sms or email or call from their side I tried to enquire on 2nd Oct, to my surprise they not dispatched the order. reason they told is unavailability of prescription.
my pain is, why they were sitting idle without informing customer. it is not a Grocery store, they don’t understand importance of Medicine, simply They don’t care!
I am okay not getting discounts, at least i’ll get medicines on time.
there must be some norms they should have on communication at least.
