Friends pls don’y buy medicines from netmeds bcoz even if the website shows medicines in stock but when u book the order they will not have the medicine. When u call their customer care and ask for supervisor he will never be on the floor or in the office. Their systems are pathetic, they don’t have call history in the system so whenever u call u have to narrate the entire story to every executive. And their pharmacist can’t read the name of the medicine in the prescription that u upload. They have customer care in Chennai and no office in mumbai. So buy medicines on your risk!
