I have been buying from this online medicine shop for last nearly 7 years. earlier it was the only good medicine e-tail company available in India, but now several companies are available in this field. Still I have been from this company. But over the years the service has deteriorated. The company was in great financial trouble when it was taken over by Reliance Retail. But after this take over a dip in service quality observed. May be to cut cost very poor quality of couriers are used to deliver the medicines. One of such courier is QUIK. Whenever Netmeds send through this courier, they don’t deliver and make it indefinite delay. Recently I have placed an order 16397105189002005WSO1 on 17th December 2021 for my daughter to deliver two medicine to Bangalore. When one item was delivered on 19th December 2021 by Xpressbee courier, but another item sent through QUIK is still not delivered. I have sent reminder mails to customer support and senior staffs of both Netmeds and Reliance Retail. but till date no action was taken. Customers should stay away from this company this company not worth dealing. After a lot of complaints in all possible forums, finally I received the delivery on 24th December evening. However I will avoid any future buy from this company.
