Worst Service and customer support from Netmeds

I have faced very bad service from Netmeds.


Here is the story,


First mail:


I am trying to order using NMS Wallet from Mobile app and Website.


But there is error displayed. Please find the attachment.


I need the medicines tommarrow. But from yesterday onwards same issue.


Could you please order onbehalf of me using NMS Wallet?


I have added all the items in the cart


All Customer support calls summary:


After sending the mail, I had talk with one person to place the order on behalf of me. But he suggested to do Cash on Delivery order and once delivered I have to call netmeds and they will apply the NMS wallet so that I will get zero amount to pay to delivery boy as I have enough money in th e wallet. This call his recorded in my phone. I listened many times to check if mistakes from my side. But there is no mistake from my side. Please listen call history and take proper action on the person. But today when I called customer support they were least bother to support on the person said on Dec 6th 2018 on 11.23 AM. They are just telling that person has given false information I have to pay money it seems. I have not paid any money to Delivery boy and I have taken the medicines. Please pay the money to Delivery people from my NMS Supper cash and NMS cash according to the bill.


I am very upset with service provided by netmeds. I am under medication already and today it was big mess about this issue. My BP got increased also. Who will be responsible for this?


First fix the application error and hire intelligent customer service people and give us better product training so that they can guide customers properly.


Due to this issue,   my weekend 3 hrs wasted which I could have used to make my self happy.


I am going to consumer court for this issue if its not solved Netmeds level.
