Very bad service totally ignorant

Well I am among those consumers who order online products daily as I am an nri and my family is in india presently.so as to give them convenience I order everything online ranging from baby diapers to sarees.and every time it was a good feel.but this was first and last time I ordered some nutritional supplements from netmeds.n wooo horrible experience.reas9n being


1) I paid for products online and automatically it added 50 rs delivery charges( no issues) but things became different wen it showed that product will b delivered in 3 4 days.


2)but it was not dispatched until next 4 days.wen I mailed them no reply.I mailed thrice no reply.than I called my cousin in Indu to call them in toll free no .since it can b dialled only from india numbers.after herculean effort call was connected and the customer care said it will take 7 to 9 days to deliver.bcoz we r delivering from chennai.


3) basically they r fooling .even from chennai to delhi product reached in 2 to 3 days maximum.moreover they r dealing with medicines should b prompt.infact most of the online medicine sites r too slow nntske lot if time .please avoid themm.rather order from Amazon or flipkart if yourvth8ngs r available there else direct from stores.
