Becoming worst day by day

I had ordered medicines on 27th Aug 2018(NMS1808271512569A) and there was no clue of the order till 5th September a delay of nearly 10 days when I contacted clumsy customer care there was sorry figures for the delay in processing and I had to lose the patience. Please stop spending on unnecessary ads using Ms Dhoni and fool people rather than improving the services. You guys need to understand in what industry you are serving as medicines delivery delay for 10 days will kill patients.
