Too much of time for Delivery

Hi friends, I wanted to share my opinion about the Netmeds.com.


I had ordered few BP tablets for my mother last week which I urgently needed. The netmeds.com offered me 25% discount and hence I booked medicines by updating prescription. They promised that medicines would deliver within 24hours. Immediately within few minutes I got a call from them to confirm all the medicines. They told the medicines will be at my doorstep in the stipulated time. After some time I got a text message to make the payment for the ordered medicines. I made a payment via my debit card. I waited but didn’t receive it with in the 24hours time slab. I called up the customer service they said the medicines with deliver shortly but not confirming the time. I told it’s pretty urgent, but the customer service guy said I need to only wait. I waited 72hours to get my medicines finally.


This is really unacceptable because what in case. if we need a life saving drug and if we don’t receive it as per the promised time?


Guys, it’s better to not to depend on online medicines in emergency situations.
