I used netmeds recently. As I have aged parents who needs to take medication regularly, I thought may be this Netmeds app may help me but I was totally wrong.
First of all, the offers they specify all totally fake. They say that if you download the app then 100% cash back. But when you actually install the app, you will see that the 100% cash back offer is totally fake. You will have to pay the full amount when you purchase the medicines.
And then, when I placed the order, they said that the delivery will be within 24 hours(1 day) . But actually, they delivered the medicines I ordered after 3 days.
As I needed the medicines urgently, I purchased the medicines at the nearby pharmacy.
After this worst experience I stopped using netmeds app. I think that a medicine based app should not become commercial or money minded. It decreases the economy of our own country.
Providing medicines at the cheapest rate should be encouraged.
So, I request you to not to use this app as it is totally useless.
