Brand: netplus is extension of fastway in the broadband section. Fast is a well known provider of dth cable in north india region and in areas like chandigarh, ludhiana, jhalandhar, amritsar etc. Netplus is new and has to make it’s brand a well known name and the way they are going it’s not gonna happen for them.
Plans: Plans yes, I agree their plans are cheaper than most of the broadband providers in the market available right now.
yes they are affordable and they provide a variety of plans as well which will satisfy different needs of different people. currently their plan rates varies from Rs 499 in which you will be getting a highspeed of 20mbps and low speed of 2mbps. But high speed plans don’t matter if your speed has been cut down or their is no internet.
customer care: this is where most of the companies leds down and same goes for this as well. people sitting on the chairs of call centres are not well trained. Most of them talk to you in rude manner and if you ever talked to them in a rude manner, then be ready because your calls will be on wating for a long long time when you call them after. Service: their service is D graded I would say, when first I applied for connection they never visited my house. Seconed time when I applied they took 2 days for wire connection and 2 days for a man to come and activate the connection and install the router. After the network got activated it was running well, till when problems started to occur where for hours in a day there will be no internet. Not even this they started calling m everyday to upgrade my plan. for starters //i politely told them I don not want to, my need is fulfilled currently. but they keep on calling for months and now when last time when I rejected their call, they cut down my speed around 1 mbps per 4mbps from plan speed.
I called service center a lot of times and all they would say that from their end speed is full and yet no solution for it yet.
location: currently itis not available in a lot of regions in india. which is a poor thing.
