I called Net Plus to request a technician, and their response was extremely unprofessional. The person on the call outright refused to send a technician before 10 AM, showing no flexibility or concern for the urgency of my issue. This kind of rigid and careless attitude from a service provider is disappointing.
If Net Plus cannot prioritize customer needs and provide timely support, they risk losing their customers to better service providers. I’m very dissatisfied with their approach to customer service.
