Netplus is a new ISP in our city by Fastway Cable which is providing us internet through cable wires . Our Pack is 20Mbps till 30Gigs and 2Mbps after FUP Priced at rs 500 + xx ( tax)
. Firsly I am amazed with its speed roughly I am getting speed between 16-19Mbps little might fluctute thats ok and 10Mbps Upload which is quite good with pricing . But after two days when electricity goes the Link Also become down while our modem is on inverter so I can notice it clearly . I Noticed it 3 times . Broadband is of worth 4 Star but this problem is very big as in summers there are various light cuts occur in our city . Before Netplus I have used BSNl and connect broadband which works perfectly in all condition although speed is poor with pricing .
Netplus also not used optic fibre cable for me . they told that no optic fibre cable in your area.
If you require 24/7 Internet then you might Switch to another but price might be high
