Very bad connection

I am calling to support team from last week to relocate my broadband every time they are taking a new request and say you will be getting a call back but nobody’s calls and they will close the previous request and they take again a new request and customer executives are like if I ask them why its happening they will disconnect your’e call on you’ very poor services and they have a bad network too so I request to people kindly not take a net+ connection
