I got my luggage shifted through network cargo movers and packers to shift from Delhi to Chennai and had a pathetic experience dealing with them. Most of my luggage crockery, almirah, furniture, utensils were damaged. Also my car had major dents.
After shifting they stopped picking our call and provided no insurance for our damaged stuff. Their marketing agents were very rude and disowned after shifting. They also steal taxes by not showing the service tax on paper but charge from you.
Delivering:
They delivered our stuff in 2 days. Half of our luggage reached bangalore and returned the next day. All our furniture was damaged with broken. The fridge, almirah all had dents. the crockery which was not in original packing was all broken. The utensils were damaged. The mixer and juicer was completely damaged.
Car:
The car came with major dents and a light broken. Also, my car was used for personal purposes for around 300 kms.
Packing:
They came and started dumping anything in any carton without considering if it’s breakable or not. They asked for the original packing for all crockery, LED, AC etc. They did not consider packing the furniture and just wrapped a sheet from 1 corner. On insisting the person started arguing that furniture is packed only from side, also glasses are packed from corners only.
