Normally when on holiday my hair ends up a complete disaster. Thanks to all the hours spent in the sun and sea I end up with dry and dull-looking hair. So before going to Tenerife at the start of the year, I decided urgent action was required.
I went to Boots and spent ages looking for the ideal product and I spied Neutrogenas Clean Replenishing Shampoo. It was priced at £2.99, a bit pricey, but you were getting two for the price of one. I picked up a bottle of the moisturising Shampoo and decided to buy its matching conditioner.
Both products promised to leave hair feeling clean and moisturised without any residual build-up so that sealed the deal for me.
The shampoo is attractively packaged in a clear bottle with a silver/grey lid. To open the lid you press one side of it which has the word press imprinted on it. Doh!!
The shampoo is light in colour and the conditioner is also pink, but creamier in appearance. There is quite a nice floral aroma to the shampoo and your hair is left smelling nice and fresh after using it.
I have very fine, fly-away hair and this shampoo seemed to combat this problem. My hair was left soft, shiny and easy to manage.
I was really impressed with the results on holiday. During the day I used a shampoo specifically designed for swimming and sunbathing, while it helped protect my hair from the elements I couldnt help feeling that it was rather harsh on my hair. So in the evening I used Neutrogena and my hair had never looked so good. I no longer looked like Wurzel Gummidge in a bikini.

I have found the shampoo mild enough to use every day, but I tend to just use it once or twice a week with a normal shampoo in betweem. My hair is in tip-top condition now and its all down to Neutrogena.
This shampoo is suitable for all hair-types particularly dry. As it has a slightly perfumed aroma to it, It wouldnt be ideal for men to use.
