I originally purchased Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser because I found that my previous cleansing system of rinsing my face in the mornings and cleansing with witch hazel in the evenings was no longer working. I currently use this product because it does deep clean and it has been what works best on my face. I would definitely recommend this product to someone who has oily skin. Someone with normal or dry skin, however, should either use it with a moisturizer or not use it every day because it really dries out one’s skin. Personally, since I have normal to mildly oily skin, I am currently using aloe as a moisturizer after I use the Neutrogena, and I do not use it every day.
