Neutrogena’s makeup remover is the first makeup remover that I tried. And I don’t think that I will ever want to change it. Its my first and last.
It does not stick to the eyes while removing eye makeup and does not even requires any efforts to clean the other parts of our face. It does not leave behind any type of residue.
After cleaning with this one there is no need to wash the face with water or soap.I am satisfactorily using it. Highly recommended.
