Yes I do agree with the rest that ARSALAAN and AMINIA are the kings of biryani in town but theres a LORD of biryani in hati bagan soon to be a king, on a serious note as my previous article stated that hatigan is developing a lot and one positive in the locality is "New Biriyani Corner ", a local dine in restaurant that serves authentic mughlai food in town.
In fact one of the finest quality of kabas I have ever tasted. Haryali kabab, mughlai kabab, reshmi kabab and even the chicken tandoori, everything on the menu is worth tasting. The chunks of meat is fresh, tender and juicy.
The size of the kababs is good enough as well and the price is really reasonable. Now lets talk biryani, the mutton and the chicken biryani is really delicious, Rs.140 for a plate of mutton and Rs.110 for a plate of chicken biryani, the quantity is really good and the quality is hygienic. Not much to explore for the vegetarians, but yes the panner kabab is worth tasting and it actually tastes really good with the pudhina chutni.
