We reched at blue diamond at 8 pm. No one was there to recieve. We stayed at this hotel for 2 days during the trip to Kashmir. There were no bed sheets on the beds when I asked the staff they said the bed sheets are sent for cleaning and tomorrow we will be provided once they clean them.
Can’t they afford even the bed sheets and there were no bedsheets in two days like they said. The water was logged in the bathroom and I had to complain to them to clean it. There was no heating in the room I was shivering in the cold of Kashmir. The food was okay but not the great one.
