New Delhi, the pride of India, has succeeded in becoming a world class centre of attraction. It has been recognised in various platforms of interest, inviting attention from highly reputed arenas. Apart from that there are also satellite towns mushrooming up around the city to facilitate the bustling crowd. Over the recent years development has sprung up in these areas wooing multinationals and upwardly succeeding corporations. Expansion has largely spread to Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Bhiwadi, etc. All these places come under a scheme National Capital Territory. Though these were initialised to move the brick and mortar companies away from the city now they have become full buzz of commercial activities.
Delhi has opened its space for many entertainment activities by roping in multinationals for commercial complexes, multiplex cinema halls, amusement parks, clubs, resorts and dozens of 5 star hotels. The city still pulls crowds to its oldest government operated amusement park, the Appu Ghar so much so that there is another massive Appu Ghar-2 coming up at one of its satellite town, NOIDA. It is said that this new one would compete with international amusement parks like Disneyland by bringing in an exciting range of sports, themes and mind-boggling, thrilling-chilling activities.
The only thing where Delhi lags behind is because of its extreme climatic conditions. But still there are tons of lung spaces like the Lutyens gardens, Lodhi gardens and parks in every nook and corner. A long stretch from Dhaula Kuan to Patel Nagar of about 8 kms. is covered fully with trees and green area to protect and preserve nature in the best way. The city also boasts of a serenic river, the Yamuna, which has provided umpteen number of water spots.
The moral boost of the city comes to the picture when you experience friendliness, hospitality and respect from the people. The city has people from every corner of the country. This has made one respect the other giving a feeling of binding and togetherness. Every person showcases his own tradition and puts in their effort to show their best of their spirits.
