The city is bit congested but the metro connectivity is very good.The weather is extreme and its good to visit Delhi in winter time. The pollution levels are very high as well. The people are helpful but they do not care in other person matters as well but its a safe place as far as my experience is concerned and misfortune can happen with anyone in any part of the world.So keep visiting Delhi for its historical monuments and places .
