[1] Can you please provide us with list of Acts-bye laws-sections, of your company, with respect to time span taken in settlement of mediclaim, AFTER SUBMITTING THE VALID AND CORRECT HOSPITAL -DOCTORS PRESCRIPTION AND BILLS? What is the protocol and action by company after receiving the complete claim paper?
[2] On which of companys web site these protocol is given? If at all it is given please let us know the site address.
[3] What is the role of agent in details? what are his responsibilities towards service providing to customer? Please give it in writing as is in your companys protocol for customer to know. I do not find it on your web site.
[4] WHAT IS THE TIME PERIOD IN DAYS BY WHICH YOUR COMPANYS, [1] Acknowledgement of claim paper received should reach the customer in writing thru mail? [2] Your OBJECTIONS AND SHORTFALLS in claim papers should reach the customer in writing thru mail? [3] By what period the RENEWAL PREMIUM NOTICE should reach the customers registered address /mail, from you SHOWING THE BIFURCATION OF TOTAL PREMIUM TO BE PAID?
[5] Is there any concession/consideration on courtesy, providing timely information and time bound settlement of there valid claim amount, to super senior age persons above 80 on there illness bed?
[6] Is there any way to know your companys performance of claim settlement vis a vis time period in which they are settled? I just do not need merely claim settlement ratio.
