Only thing is offices and documentation is not good.
Online insurance policy renewable process is also very good.money tranfer is quick and all papes generated quickly.
I have insurance failed of bajaj vehicle, I called customercare and visited the nearer office with vehicle, and after I think 30 minutes they have taken fir process and creates policy for me, which is best for me.
