Here I want to share my experience from this bank. This is not at all popular bank but I joined account at there because of my friend who is working at this bank.
He compelled me to join an account, but for getting the account number and atm pin it took more than 1 month. Their services are very slow. The staffs are very less in the bank and not capable for clarifying our doubts regarding loan, fixed deposits and another plans.
This bank has no good life insurance plans and schems. The Atm availability is very less. We can get it nearby to any banks. But difficult to get the availability in cities and other isolated places.
They are not providing any education house loans. For that they are asking some improper documents and details. The interest rate is somewhat better in this bank.
The Internet and phone banking is not updated. Those who are in abroad, is difficult for money transfer with this bank. I could not find any safety for the transactions through online.
Overall I am not at satisfied with their services and plans. Should need many more improvements for the customer satisfaction.
