The weirdest and pathetic ever services I experienced at New Look. Extremely unprofessional staff with almost no commitment to quality. If you are really concerned about your looks and skin do not commit the sin of going to Newlook. A month back when I was looking for permanent hair reduction for my eyebrows, I met these people at their Lajpat Ngr centre.
In my first visit they told me 2000 per sitting and after mutual agreement we finalized a deal of 5k for 5 sitting with a lady called Sweety and I was asked to come after a week to start the treatment. When I visited them next week I found a new face (Manisha) there and she totally declined what her colleague offered me last week and said we can’t offer you the deal in same price in spite of me having written proof of the deal offered.
But since I was really concerned about my skin I agreed to pay 1500 per sitting and asked them to start the treatment. But since it was a laser treatment I asked her that I want to see ur doctor first but she totally refused saying doctors are busy and these sort of treatments are done by are so called technicians. Believe you me, there technicians are totally dumb, illiterate and unprofessional.
Seeing them, I had some apprehensions in mind but rather to help me with it that dumb so called manager asked me that if you have apprehensions so please do to not go with the treatment. She said we don’t want you coming to us and complaining so u better don’t go for this. I was SHOCKED how can you do this. Are you not convinced about your services, if not, how can u sell it to other.
And when I asked them to share their management contact she simply refused. So people, this is my suggestion to all innocent people who are looking for any laser treatment, please please don’t refer to this clinic, it’s a bunch of crooks.
