As the title of review yes New plaza restaurant- shimla is lost of ambience. When I went shimpla 20 days ago as a vaccation. When me and my brother went to samsung mobile care and returning to home we get hungry because, nearly 2 hours we spend in care. So in search of restaurants we had choice of new plaza restaurants and we gathered there.
As this restaurat’s is present in a crouding area so there is not a single chance of ambience there. When we entred there we noticed that it not clean. But for hungry stomach we got inside.
No doubt the food is good yes, it is definetly very good. The pure taste is here. But the presentation of food is not much good like food taste. We ordered tandoori chicken as I told you the food is soo tasty but I think presentation is need improvment.
But coustomer service is good. When I asked for extra salt one of the waiter kindly obey my request. So the coustomer service is good in myopinion. As the food taste is good but the price is some like high so if possible then try to become less.
So no ambience, no cleanity, some dusty and high rate is the big problem for this restaurant. But the choice is yours and money is yours I can telled you the detailed information of New plaza restaurant. If you thinnck it is good then went there if not then say no.
