Wow, what a venture! Mr S.J Suryah has really taken a lot of pains to go about the task of exploiting women. And apart from that he has also taken care of using kids to talk crap. The dialogues there are enough for even the dumbest to understand what a pervert is.
All the film has done is copied a film made earlier and that too in a very bad taste.
If people say what a hero like Kamal Hassan has done is cast woman in a bad sense, then what do the same people have to say about New?If a person shows ’’passion’’ on screen, which is the greatest emotion ever discovered, and the most difficult to show, he is treated as a person who is a flirts.He is not seen for the role but for the emotions he has taken the troubled to potray; and that too, not in the way the fact was meant. And a film like new? Man, its way from whats normal.Is what shown there ever a part of life? Is that what our children are trained to say? Are those dialogues which any parent will allow their chidren to use?
All I can say is that films like New must never be mad and never be imposed on people. If all people want is pervertishness and somebody exposing, they might as well resort to other forms of films.
If people complain Kamal is an opportunitist, then they would have to regard these films with great contempt. And for those who agree with me, its our choice afterall on what we want to watch and what we dont have to. Certainly we cant let films like New to thrive in the industry
