New.....a much awaited movie down south since its last movie of simran..... those who just wanted to see simran in her last movie..I am sure you will be satisfied and you can also see a hilarious comedy movie.....
I have to say one thing first....this movie is only for adult.....and only people who know all the adult tamil slang can enjoy it......so if you don’t fit into these criteria well...you may afford to miss this film
plot: 8 year old guy transforms into 28 old guy through an injection but still has a mentality of a 8 year old.....this guy falls in love and marries simran....then if you want rest of the plot go to theatre (not vcd’s please) to see it.
Cast:
S.J.Suryah: this surya is not the actor surya....but the director suryah who gave two mega hits ’valee’ and ’kushi’.......in this film he has acted as the hero....his voice is bit rough but he is apt for the role....he has given a very gud performance.......
Simran: she is ravishing...don’t miss her....she is gr8 in sakkara ennikura sakara song.....she is the highlight of the movie....
Deviyannai: she comes in mother of the 8 year old guy.......in first half she really scold the boy.....then in second half miss him very badly...she has done a neat job...
Kiran: she comes in jus for 3 or 4 mins but is really exposed and hot .....
Manivannan: the scientist who transforms the 8 year old into a 28 year old
Positives:
The dialogues: the dialogues right from the scene, ’this 8 changes into a 28 yr old’ has double meaning........as I said before if you have the criterian I have specified above then u are sure to have a laugh riot......very comical dialogues......
Suryah and Simran: both have given very good performance......suryah is a bit of suprise...he has done really well...I don’t think any of the current heroes would have fit in this well in this role
Music: the music by a.r.rahman is really good esp. The song ’kallail thinamum’ and ’thotal poo malarum’ and ’sakara enikira sakara’ are really gud.....he is back to form
Negatives:
Cast: all other other then the cast specified haven’t acted at all ......they look very alien..and dubbing doesn’t suit them well
Comedy artist: 2 telugu actors have donned as comedy artist but don’t bring a single smile out of you...their roles r really horrifying..and useless...
Fight:an unneeded fight scene comes in the end....it really test your patience....
First half: the first half of the movie...is a bit dragging...most of them felt it was bad...
Overall verdict:
If you are over 18 and well versed with tamil slangs ...see the movie you will enjoy it......don’t watch it with your family!
