Let me give my review for the company:
I started hating the company the moment I went for the first time to their office.In campus, they give presentation as if the company is second to none.But in actual it should be a last option for any serious candidate.
Work Environment;
People are very intelligent and friendly.You will not find such wonderful colleagues anywhere(This I can safely bet).But problem lies with supervising people.You will be free from Monday to Thursday till 5 pm(Office timings from 9:30 till 6:30).You will be given some work only in late evening and you will be told that the work should be complete by tomorrow morning as tomorrow is client meeting.How the hell can work be completed.Your most busy day will be Friday-when you will be given a week’s work and be asked you to finish on Friday(they will sympathize with you that they want you to enjoy weekend, so complete and go home for the weekend.) But work will be given to you which will have deadline of Monday. So no option but to come for weekends.
Salary and benefits-they will say you during campus placement but after training will tell you that they did not made any such commitment .So remember to ask for proof of salary from new gen people at campus only-so that that they don’t disagree later.Absolutely zero benefits , no gym, no facilities, no free cold drink nothing.This is not a company .just like a family business, so beware.
Work environment-this company is in Okhla-one of the most dirtiest place in Delhi, you can smell the stink of garbage from a distance and guess what you can see the garbage dump mountain from top of building.If you are coming by Auto.they refer to this company’s location by the name of ganda nala, do I need to say more!
job security-100% , only you will go from this company when u want to because this company is always short of people and software programmers, every day somebody or the other resign from the company.
Career growth:My career actually went back after joining the company.no brainy work done.just copy paste stuff .like a clerk’s work.so you career and growth both come to stand still.
CEO-never seen CEO during my tenure because he doesn’t sit here.he sits in Qutab office.which is their sales office(around 30 people office).so he doesn’t know what is happening in company.
Final-Join only if you don’t have any other job.
