My Order No- I00022133. Firstly they were not agreeing on refund or returning back of product. After enough persuasion, they agreed. Later they ask me for my bank account details on 13 May 2014 through email, which I provided the same day. However, till date i.e. 28 may 2014 haven’t got my refund back. Every time, I call customer support, I get answer that you will get your refund back within 24-48 hours. I don’t know which Time keeping devices they use!
I’m now going to wait till end of this month, after which I’ve decided to file a legal suit against them in consumer forum for undue harassment and cheat. My advice to others is that never buy anything online from Next.Co.In ans they are cheaters, and you will never get any after sales support. Pathetic customer care service.
