First thing, I will say to every one is dont buy any products from NEXT, I had brought an LG AC for 14500/- and I have inquired about the features of the AC, they have told that they have timer, Auto OFF and they simply said all new features are there in this AC, then I asked for a demo of that AC they said that they can’t show a demo of this a/c. But gave me assurance that all features are there. My main requirement is that the AC should have the timer.
They delivered the AC to my home after 1 days I paid the money. And the AC installer came to my house after 2 days. When the A?C was fitted, I checked the features of the AC, I didn’t find a Timer OPTION, I went back and asked the representative the one who sold me the AC in NEXT showroom, he told me that he has never told that the timer is there !!! what can I do now! My money is gone !! They are not ready to replace.
Also please note in NEXT showroom they are not selling any new models, they are selling the old models for lesser price.. Please dont be fooled by the pricing offered by the NEXT showroom..
