Please be aware from Nextra world, I have paid my money and still didn’t get the connection.
I booked the internet connection on 31st March and today is 19th April and the connection is not installed, yet.
This is when I have already paid in advance. I paid my money including security, Jitendra from Nextra came and collected the cheque after checking the feasibility.
In about 20 metres from my home the connection is already running from Nextra only but now they are not responding, I am lost now after making payments.
Not sure what to do with these guys? Can someone suggest.
Not suggested at all to pay anything to them.
